JUAN CAMILO MONTAÑA
Company President

Business Administrator from Universidad de los Andes, with studies at the Beijing University of International Business and Economics and the University of Macao. He also holds a certification in Entrepreneurship from Boston University.
He has lived in China since 2006, the year he co-founded JCR. He has worked in the financial sector in Colombia and has advised international expansion processes for companies in the food service industry.
He currently leads the company’s global strategy and co-directs the Beijing office. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, with advanced Mandarin proficiency.

CLAUDIA MORALES ALVAREZ
General Manager

Professional in International Business Administration and Marketing, with a specialization in International Trade Management from Universidad Militar de Colombia.

She began her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and later served as Operations Director at JCR Consulting. Between 2015 and 2018, she worked in China advising Latin American companies on negotiations with Asia.

Since 2018, she has led the company as General Manager, driving the company’s expansion and the development of new products.

DAVID BENAVIDES LOPEZ
Foreign Trade Director

Professional in International Trade from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia and specialist in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

He has experience in the customs sector, coordinating import and export operations in OEA-certified agencies such as Aviatur, Almaviva, and Cointer, strengthening processes across the value chain.

At JCR Pack, he leads consulting for purchase orders, document review, process follow-up, and customer service.

ARMANDO MORALES NOCUA
Financial Director

Business Administrator from Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, specialized in Marketing and Finance.

He has held executive positions such as Marketing Manager at Comfaboy, Regional Sales Manager at Casa Luker, and National Sales Manager at Avícola Triple A. He also served as a university professor for ten years.

He currently leads the financial and strategic management of JCR Pack.

Accounting &
Administrative Coordinator

Public Accountant from Universidad de Cundinamarca, with training in strategic management and experience in accounting, financial, and administrative management, especially in treasury operations, banking management, payment scheduling, invoice processing, and asset control.

She began her professional career at ICEIN Ingenieros Constructores S.A.S. and later at Provefabrica S.A.S., strengthening her expertise in financial control.

She currently serves as Accounting & Administrative Coordinator, supporting process organization and the company’s financial management.

VALENTINA GÓMEZ
Foreign Trade Assistant

Final-semester student of Finance and International Business at Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, with more than two years of experience in foreign trade and skills in international operations management, financial analysis, and logistics processes.

She began her career at Superfruit as a Foreign Trade Assistant, participating in the monitoring of international operations and administrative support.

She currently serves as Foreign Trade Assistant, contributing to document management, logistics coordination, and the execution of international trade processes.
